May

So much has been happening lately I am having a hard time keeping it all straight!

We started David on food and (big surprise here) he LOVES it! Ha ha I can't spoon it into his mouth fast enough! We haven't found anything he doesn't like! :) He is getting to be a big guy - 4 1/2 months old and last night I put him into a 6-9 month sleeper! It fit in the length and width! If we're lucky he'll be tall like his daddy!

He really is a very happy little guy - when I get up in the morning David and I "hang out" so Jamon can sleep in. He will just coo and laugh all morning! I love it! Molly never was much of a "talker" at this age!

Molly is still the very busy and sweet little girl she has always been! She has decided that her favorite color is blue. All day I hear "want BLUE blanket (or cup/plate/yogurt/crayon/or whatever) Sadly, since Molly is a girl, she doesn't have many things that are blue. The good thing is that Molly doesn't actually know what the color blue is! Molly that IS your blue cup [as I hand her the green or orange cup. . . . ] Poor girl is going to be so confused when she gets to school!

I'm amazed at how much she has started talking lately! Little kids are so smart! She sings songs with us at bed-time and knows most of the words. She likes to "read" her books too!

Memorial Day Fun

Memorial Weekend was so much fun! A lot of my family came into town and we went to Mudbug Madness and had a BLAST! We even got a babysitter for the first time since David was born! And I realized that it was the first time we have left Molly with a real babysitter and not family! Jamon and I had a great time eating greasy fried food and dancing to the zydeco music! So much fun!

On Monday I had to work, BOO, but Jamon went to his sister Kara's house for a Memorial Day party! I wanted to go soo bad! I know they had an great time!

Molly loves the water! Jamon said she swam around the pool with her life jacket and tube for as long as he would let her!
