Easter 2012

I'd planned on ditching Jamon and heading to LA & TX for Easter, but due to $3.70 gas that didn't happen. :(

It all worked out well though, it was great to spend a few "Study Free" days with Jamon! He gets home just in time for bed time 6 days of the week so I know the kids enjoyed having their Dad around!

We spend the Saturday before Easter at a BBQ with some friends and had so much fun! Easter Egg Hunt included!

Getting lined up for the big hunt!

Molly's goofy "excited" face :)

David's "I couldn't care less" face

Are there eggs over here?

Jelly beans!

Loving the swings!

Easter Morning was fun too! Molly was so excited that the Easter Bunny was coming to visit her and leave her treats in her eggs!

All the goodies!

Trying to open the paper mache' eggs!
( I got all crafty -thanks Pinterest - and paper mache'd  THIRTY Easter eggs! I over estimate my dedication to these crafts! And then the kids couldn't open them because they were too strong :P Who knew? Three layers of tissue paper with strings to rip. Oh well. I will probably make one or two per kid next year, but never that many again!)

My [mostly] sweet girl Molly

The only picture I got of these two stinkers together! :)

David and Jamon

I love this one! In a million years when Jamon has an office, this picture will be in it!

We are moving this summer and I am so happy! BUT I am so sad about leaving ^this^  We have so much green space! This is all right out our back door!

David's over all attitude towards having his picture taken in his Easter clothes.

Molly and Me!

And then Monday came and Jamon went  back to school! We will see him again in 8 weeks! :)

Oh yes, just North of the city. Riverside, Missouri! There is a little co-op there that is almost completely med/dental students and probably 60% LDS! (And significantly cheaper rent! woot woot!) It's only about 15 miles from where we are currently and Jamon will be about the same distance from school!

I was about to ask the same thing- glad you found such a great deal at what will (hopefully) be a nice area! Lots of med/dental students means lots of other "single-during-the-week" moms and kids to play with! :)

I love the matching Easter outfits how cute. Molly is so big...looks a lot like Ava to me. Being near others in the same situation you are in makes life fun...like living near other military families is important to me.

Alysha & Melissa - I am super excited to be moving there! Almost all of Jamon's "study buddies" live there so we already know most of our neighbors! I have totally had my eyes opened to the importance of being near people in the same situation! We live in a great family ward; but can still very isolating. :( It will be great to be around so many moms and kids!
